As a family business we have over sixty years of industry experience combined. Our vision for the SPH is a neighborhood gather spot providing the best food, beer and spirits we can find.

Full Sail Hood River, OR % to Charity Phils Existential Alt - Amber with a smooth off-white head. Toasty malt nose, soft hops creep in there. Flavor is smooth and toasty up front The hops give balance. 5.1ABV
10 Barrel Bend, OR Apocalypse IPA – Four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor, all held together by a firm bitterness, a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. 6.5ABV
Ft. George Astoria, OR Vortex IPA - Light amber with a small head. Aroma of light citrus, pine, flowers and caramel. Flavor is very bitter throughout with just a touch of sweet malt. Medium body with average carbonation and a long, bitter finish. 7.5ABV
Leavenworth Olympia, WA Whistling Pig Hefeweizen – Northwest style Hefeweizen is light-bodied, pale amber in color, fruity and refreshing, with a malty wheat character. The flavor is light and crisp with a touch of malt sweetness. 5.4ABV
Vertigo Hillsboro, OR Artic Blast Vanilla Porter - Briess Pale malt balanced with Roast, Dark, Crystal and Munich malts allow for the perfect mix of malted barley for this Robust Porter with Madagascar vanilla bean. Lightly hopped to allow a slight roast, dominant chocolate and vanilla bean character to come through. 5.8ABV
Upright Portland, OR Engelberg Pils - unfiltered lightly hazed yellow body. crisp and dry with a floral hop character. hallertauer seems rightly balanced between clean/bright and musty/rustic. acidic and crisp, thirst-quenching and delicious. 5.5ABV
Firestone Paso Robles, CA Ratebeer 100 Double Jack Imperial IPA - Pours a pure copper colour with a pile of fluffy white head and clumps of lacing. Smells sweet smooth hop, citrus. Tastes a little boozy with a citrus peel hop bitter. Really smooth. 9.5ABV
Fish Tale Olympia, WA Organic Amber - Rich aromas of pitted fruit with a beautiful copper color. It has a small off-white fizzy head with mildly sticky lacing. The taste is great showing flavors of rich malts and pitted fruit as well as wheat . 5.5ABV
Two Towns Corvallis, OR CIDER Incider Apple Cider - Super light and golden looks. The nose is full of crisp tangerine aromas, very zingy and juicy. There is a light honey sweetness that runs throughout. 7.5ABV
Vertigo Hillsboro, OR Apricot Cyclone Cream Ale – Slightly hazy orange pour and a slight apricot aroma. Very creamy unfiltered wheat beer with a slightly tangy hint of fruit on the finish. 4.6ABV
Alameda Portland, OR Black Bear XX Stout - Roast and light coffee flavor with light caramel and milk chocolate. Medium bodied. Coffee and roast lingers with caramel, hops, and milk chocolate. 6.8ABV
Stone Escondido, CA Ratebeer 100 IPA- Orange body, creamy white head. Strong hoppy aroma with lots of grapefruit, pine. Smooth, easy drinking palate. Great strong bitter flavour with pine and grapefruit, and a subtle caramel note. 6.9ABV
